Are you average,
Are you superb,
Or are you,
The Best that you can be?

Are you a human being,
Having a spiritual experience,
Or are you a spiritual being,
Having a human experience?

Are you in this Universe,
To do some great work,
Or is the Universe within you,
Doing that work automatically?

What difference would all this make,
If you do not even ask yourself,
Am I a part of this creation,
And did I live today creatively?

Neither average, nor superb,
Did I live up to my personal expectations,
Did I even try to be,
The Best that I can be?
